Adam
A New Jersey native, and yes, a huge Bruce Springsteen fan, Adam has spent the past seven years in Chicago. This is his second business venture. Adam has a B.S. and M.S. from Indiana University and has spent the past seven years in advertising. Adam is one of the restaurant co-founders, is married to Kirsten, has a newborn son named Sam, and a hairy dog named Bailey.
JonJon comes from a family of entrepreneurs and is seeking to reach a life-long goal of starting his own business. Originally from Lockhart, Texas, Jon is a graduate of Babson College, earned his MBA from The University of Georgia, and is a born and raised Longhorn. Jon had a successful 7-year sports-marketing career, but now is excited about being back home in Austin to grow Leaf into a successful brand. Jon is one of the restaurant co-founders and will also serve as a daily on-site manager. A secret about Jon, he once held the lead in the Boston Marathon after 10 miles. Hook 'Em Horns!
JordanJordan brings over 14 years of experience from some of Austin's favorite spots including Austin's Pizza, Zen, and most recently, Alamo Draft House. Jordan has been instrumental in the design, layout, and menu for Leaf. He is a machine in the kitchen and will serve as Operations Manager. Born into a Longhorn family, Jordan has called Austin home for many years, moving here from San Antonio to go to college, escaping to live in 4 different states, but always returning. There is something about this city! Jordan loves his wife Rebecca, his 3 dogs, and ordering his cheeseburgers plain.
