You have the ability to create your own salad using a seemingly endless choice of produce, homemade dressings, and toppings or choose from one of our pre-designed (but not pre-made) Big 12 salads.As you enter Leaf, you are welcomed to a clean, casual atmosphere. Leaf has the look and feel of a farmer's market, with fresh produce displayed throughout the space typical of an outdoor market. We use only the freshest ingredients available, using in-state producers whenever possible. Dining options include seating inside, outside, or to go. You have a choice between two salad options. The first is a professionally crafted and tested pre-designed salad. The pre-designed Big 12 salads will combine several ingredients creating familiar versions of longtime favorites and a few new soon-to-be classics. The alternative is a fun and creative way of making your own salad by designing it yourself. This flexibility gives you the ability to visit us everyday without ever having the same meal. | |||
