There is only 1 (one) position at Leaf. As a Leaf Saladsmith, you will be required to perform many different duties throughout your shift. Included here is a list of those expectations and duties that will be asked of you. If you are uncomfortable with or cannot perform one of these duties, please let us know. Your knowledge base will include:

Being neat, well groomed
Punctual and ready
Work minimum of 6hrs/day
Be generally helpful
Understand Leaf culture
Lift items heavier than 30lbs
Basic food knowledge
Use of kitchen equipment
Prep food items & dressings

Small talk with customers
Use of POS system
Handle money
Knowledge of customer base
Problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to follow recipes
Use of kitchen knife

Knowledge of Big 12 Salads and Loyal Leafer program
Janitorial duties (mop, clean windows & kitchen, scrub toilet, etc.)
Exhibit patience with our customers and offer guidance
Knowledge of 2nd St. District and physical surroundings
